Children's dedication is a public expression that says Christian parents are willing to do all they can to "set apart" their child to God until that child can make his or her own choice regarding a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. By dedicating a child to the Lord, parents make a vow to raise their children in God's ways and not their own. A dedication service is more than a ritual; it is a commitment of parents to honor the will and word of God.Children are a heritage from the Lord, children are a reward from Him.
