Click here to give online Online Giving is the process where you authorize your bank to deduct a specified amount from your account without having to write a check....It´s safe and secure: "Since you excel in so many ways--you have so much faith, such gifted speakers, such knowledge, such enthusiasm, and such love for us--now I want you to excel also in this gracious ministry of giving..." 2 Corinthians 8:7 Q: Why should I give online? It's a personal preference, but here are a few of the benefits we hear frequently. - It's a step of faith...deciding in advance to give faithfully. - It helps simplify life...no trying to remember whether or not you've given this month. - It allows you to give consistently...even when you're not at church. - It allows you to give as the Lord leads...I don't have to wait until service, then forget. Q: How do I give online? Click the "Give Online" button and follow the prompts to create an account and set up your contribution. Q: Is it Secure? Absolutely. All information is transferred using 128 bit SSL encryption and is stored at a secure hosting facility. Q: I clicked the "Give Online" button and nothing happens. When you click Online Giving, a new browser window is opened. If you are using a pop-up blocker such as the Google Toolbar, Norton Internet Security, or Pop-Up Stopper, the window will not open. Most tools will allow you to permit pop-ups on a specific web site. In order to use the Giving area, you will need to allow pop-ups within www.greatlife.tv. Q: When would this automatic contribution be charged to my account? On the signup screens, you can specify whether you want your contribution made one time, weekly, every other week (bi-weekly), twice per month (1st and the 15th), monthly, quarterly, or yearly. You can set up as many schedules as you would like, so it is possible to give a monthly gift as well as a weekly one. Q: Can I test this by giving one time? Yes. You may test Online Giving by selecting “One Time” in the frequency drop down box of the signup process. Q: How can I keep a record of the amount I have contributed? At any time you can view your record of "online" giving by viewing the Contribution History box. This will provide each donation you made, when you made it, and a year-to-date total. We also send year end statements directly to your home address. Q: Can I give to the Building Fund and/or Missions? Yes. Missions. These are for contributions over and above normal tithes and offerings. Note: You will need to set up two different schedules to give to both the General Fund and the Building Fund or Missions online. Q: How do I participate in the weekly offering if my contribution is automatically processed online? You can still participate in the offering during the service by reflecting on the message of the song or media that is being presented. Q: Can I use my debit card or credit card? Yes. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Amex are accepted. (Mastercard and Visa are preferred as they carry the lowest cost for the church.) Q: Can I use an electronic check? Yes.
